SAP is a German-based multinational software corporation that develops enterprise software to manage business operations and customer relations. Their software makes sure that companies can deliver their services and products to you – whether this is electricity, beer or fashion.
The client wanted to illustrate in a humorous way how SAP enables technology and major innovation applied on Berlin. The design needed to be inspired on the 5 following scenarios: dogs, food, beer, electricity and fashion.

For this project I had two very clear objectives to follow.
First, I wanted the designs to be completely aligned with the lookand feel of SAP branding. For me it’s very important to respect that graphic identity since it’s the language with which the company projects to its clients and therefore essential to be consistent with it.
The second goal was to tell a story linked to Berlin down to the smallest detail. With this in mind and deeply inspired by the Design Thinking process that you follow to the innovate, I developed this set of 5 different GIFS using that same methodology.

Now you know how I started to build this set of GIFS. The next thing I did was assign each scenario a color. Then, I did a deep research of SAP’s graphic identity to be aligned with it and then started to develop the stories.

Finally, to complete the story of the 5 shoer animations, I develop an illustration of Berlin’s most emblematic places. As a legend, the hashtag of project is shown.
